If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange to ensure your hair routine is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
